The care you deserve

holistic and integrative treatments

Pain Management

For chronic and acute pain that limits your performance and well-being. This is a therapeutic protocol that combines massage therapy with the precise technology of electrophysical agents (EPAs). Massage therapy targets tension, releasing myofascial adhesions, improving circulation, and preparing the tissue for recovery. The EPAs offer interventions to block pain signals (TENS), reduce deep inflammation (Therapeutic Ultrasound), reactivating weakened muscles (EMS), or regenerating chronically injured tissues (Shockwave Therapy). The ultimate goal is functional, long-lasting recovery, restoring your body’s ability to move freely and without pain.

Musculoskeletal Conditions

Cervical Radiculopathy

Compression or irritation of a nerve root in the cervical spine (C5–C8, T1). It causes radiating pain, tingling, and weakness in the shoulder, arm, forearm, and hand (specific to the compressed nerve root).

Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS)

Compression of the brachial plexus, subclavian artery, or vein between the neck, clavicle, and first rib. It causes numbness, a sensation of heaviness, pain that worsens when the arm is raised, and grip weakness.

Pronator Teres Syndrome

Irritation of the median nerve (sometimes confused with carpal tunnel syndrome). It causes tingling in the palm, pain when rotating the forearm, and loss of pinch strength.

Ulnar Nerve Entrapment

A condition that causes numbness and tingling in the pinky and ring fingers due to pressure on the ulnar nerve. It leads to loss of strength when opening or closing the hand.

Cervical Compression Syndromes

A condition characterized by pain, numbness, and weakness originating in the neck and radiating down the arm, caused by compression of nerves in the cervical region. Its causes range from herniated discs to modern habits, such as prolonged use of computers and mobile phones.

Therapeutic massages

Massage sessions tailored to the client’s needs, ranging from relaxing to therapeutic. It works on the sympathetic nervous system — to boost energy, focus, and vitality (in sports or rehabilitation, sometimes we want to activate the sympathetic system to energize before performance); and on the parasympathetic nervous system — to relax, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, in other words, putting the body into recovery mode (stressed or anxious individuals spend too much time in the sympathetic mode, which tires the body). The right massage helps reconnect with the parasympathetic mode, promoting healing, sleep, and overall well-being. Each session is a personalized treatment, where the client has the freedom to choose or combine various massage techniques to achieve their well-being goals.

Deep Tissue Massage

It is a technique that uses firm pressure and slow movements to reach the deeper layers of muscle and fascia. It is indicated for releasing chronic tension patterns, breaking adhesions, and relieving persistent pain, especially in the neck and lower back, restoring mobility and muscle function.

Sports Massage

A manual intervention with vigorous movements, applied to prepare, maintain, and recover the musculoskeletal system of athletes. It is used to optimize performance, accelerate post-exercise recovery, reduce delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), and prevent injuries, adapting to the needs of each training phase.

Shiatsu

It is a Japanese technique that applies pressure with the fingers and palms on specific points along the body’s energy meridians. Its goal is to restore the flow of energy to relieve musculoskeletal pain, regulate the autonomic nervous system, reduce stress, and stimulate the body’s natural self-regulation and healing mechanisms.

Myofascial Release

A technique focused on the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds the muscles. It uses gentle, sustained pressure to release tension and restrictions, and is indicated for the treatment of chronic pain, tension headaches, and for restoring mobility and biomechanical function, improving the glide between tissues.

Hot Stone Massage

A massage using heated basalt stones. The heat from the stones promotes the dilation of blood vessels, resulting in deep muscle relaxation, pain relief, stress reduction, and improved circulation, while also working to rebalance the body’s energy.

Swedish Massage

A classic technique characterized by gentle, rhythmic movements, focused on promoting overall relaxation. It is recommended to reduce physical and mental stress, relieve mild muscle tension, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, and induce the body into a physiological state of rest and recovery.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

It combines gentle, rhythmic, and targeted movements aimed at stimulating the lymphatic system. It is used to reduce edema (swelling), facilitate toxin elimination, assist in inflammatory and post-operative processes, and improve circulation, promoting tissue health.

Lomi Lomi Massage

A Hawaiian therapeutic tradition that uses long, fluid, and continuous movements, often with the forearms. Its purpose is to promote deep relaxation, relieve muscle tension, stimulate circulation, and regulate the nervous system, seeking harmony and integration between body and mind.

Thai Massage

It combines rhythmic pressure with passive stretches and joint manipulations, similar to an assisted yoga session. It is recommended to release deep tension, increase flexibility and range of motion, stimulate circulation, reduce stress, and boost vital energy levels.

Facial Massage

It is a set of techniques focused on the face, neck, and décolletage to promote functional and aesthetic benefits. It is used to relax muscle tension (helpful in cases of bruxism and temporomandibular joint disorder), stimulate circulation, drain fluids to reduce swelling, and improve the health and vitality of the skin.

Taoist Massage

A protocol focused on expanding body awareness and reintegrating sexuality as a component of well-being. The goal is to release physical and emotional tension through sensory reconnection, using touch to promote deep relaxation, self-awareness, and heightened body sensitivity.

Healing Touch for Scars

A specialized technique for the treatment of scar tissue, both physically and emotionally. The goal is to restore the integrity of the skin, softening stiffness and improving the appearance of the scar, while the gentle touch helps desensitize the area and promote emotional rehabilitation.

Clay Facial Treatment

Our therapeutic clay treatment is a protocol designed to restore skin health and address specific conditions. The session focuses on reducing inflammation and flaking in psoriasis, diminishing redness in rosacea, and relieving dermatitis and eczema. Additionally, the purifying action of the clay is highly effective in controlling acne and excess oil. Using the purity of YOGI and Doterra products, this comprehensive treatment revitalizes and soothes the skin, promoting a visibly healthier result.
